Moderation charter
The forum exists so caregivers can help each other. These rules keep it kind, safe and genuinely useful.
The three golden rules
- Kindness first. Every family here is doing its best. No judgment of parenting choices, therapies pursued or not pursued, schooling decisions.
- Anonymity protects children. No child's full name, no photos of children, no school names, no addresses or precise dates. Posts containing personal details are blocked or edited.
- No medical claims. Sharing experience ("what worked for us") is welcome; presenting it as medical advice, promoting miracle cures, or discouraging professional care is not.
How moderation works
Every post and comment is screened automatically for aggression and personal information before publication; borderline content goes to a human review queue. Members can report any content — reports are read by human moderators. Repeated or serious violations lead to account suspension.
If you or your child are in danger
The forum is not an emergency channel. In the US, call 911 for immediate danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or contact the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-422-4453.
Appeals
If your content was removed and you believe it shouldn't have been, write to contact@pictoexpress.com — a human re-reads every appeal.
