1. Who we are
PictoExpress is operated from France (see the legal notice for the operator's details). These terms are governed by French law; nothing in them limits mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
2. What the service is — and isn't
PictoExpress generates educational visual supports (picture schedules) for caregivers of autistic children and children with ADHD. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content is AI-generated and may contain errors: review every sequence before using it with your child, and rely on your child's care team for any health decision. If your child is in danger, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.
3. Your account
Accounts are free and nickname-based. You must be an adult to create one. Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate contact information. Never include a child's name, photo or other identifying details in what you type into the generator or the forum.
4. Fair use and quotas
Generation is free within reasonable per-user limits (shown in the interface). Circumventing quotas, scraping, or automated access without our written agreement is not allowed.
5. The community forum
Posts are public and moderated according to the moderation charter. You keep the rights to what you write and grant us the license needed to display it on the service. We may remove content that breaks the charter and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
6. Generated content
You may print, share and use the boards you generate for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes, including with your child's school or care team. Reselling generated boards is not allowed.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
